Our apartments are in five buildings in the heart of Sanford, in York County. Main Street, City Hall, the Mousam River and Number One Pond, shops and restaurants are a short walk away, and Hannaford is about three minutes by car.
The buildings are classic New England multi-family homes from the early 1900s, with apartments from one to four bedrooms. 41 and 43 River Street were renovated in 2019 and 2016, and many units across the portfolio have new kitchens, flooring and paint.
