Our apartments sit in five small communities across Hollis, in York County. The neighborhoods around them are single-family homes, rolling countryside, and the Saco River and other places to get outdoors. It's a quiet, residential setting that's still a reasonable commute to Portland, Saco, Biddeford and Sanford.
Almost every home is a two-story, two-bedroom townhouse-style apartment. Most have been renovated with new kitchens, flooring, paint and carpet, and the buildings have newer metal roofs and repaved lots. Most of the buildings sit back from the road, with big yards and parking right outside.

How does snow removal work?
We plow early in the morning to open up the lots, then come back later to clear the spaces where cars were parked. Please move your car to a cleared space before we return.
Is there laundry?
Speed Queen washers and dryers in on-site laundry rooms at Clark's Mills, Countryside, Hilltop and Saco River. Machines take quarters, or pay by phone with the app. Muddy Brook residents use the Hilltop laundry. The apartments don't have washer/dryer hookups.
How far is it to Portland and I-95?
About 35–40 minutes to downtown Portland and 25–30 minutes to I-95. Depending on the community, it's about 32–40 minutes to Portland, 19–28 to Saco, 20–29 to Biddeford, 21–33 to Sanford and 5–13 to a supermarket.
Is there a safe place for kids to play?
Most complexes are set back from the road with large back yards, and the speed limit inside the complexes is 10 mph. Please supervise children at all times.
Can I use a grill?
Yes. Keep gas grills at least 10 feet from the building when in use. The heat can damage the vinyl siding.
